The most tragic example, demonstrating the need for this type of promotion, is the case of Mared Foulkes. Ms Foulkes a 21-year-old 2nd year pharmacy student, who committed suicide by throwing herself off the Menai Bridge in Anglesey (Wales), after she was (incorrectly) informed that she had failed her resit exams.
