Feedback and how we will use the feedback
Feedback is an essential part of our promotion as it helps us engage with the viewers, allows us to see if the viewer has found the message we have set out to promote useful and if they have learnt anything from our message. We plan on using the feedback received to reflect on our experience and use it to state improvements we would make in the future if we did another promotion.
